Not down to much this week, I ate bad food a few times, just to put this up, for the weigh in, I was 223.8 lastweek,223.2 this week, I will be better with my food this week. ok im back to finishing the bathroom renos!

  • And I'm not preaching from a pulpit. I'm not even losing weight. I am still eating like crap. I'm dealing with something I haven't fully figured out yet, but that doesn't change my life experiences and past successes. I'm just sharing knowledge and ideas.

    You're kicking my butt because you're doing something and moving in the right direction. I'm stagnant right now. Again, when I offer ideas, it's not meant to sound like I am doing something better.

  • haha, my husband won't even let me have a scale in the house! but I get number obsessed... I weighed myself at the flea market on Sunday for the first time in over a month. I was convinced I was heavier because I've been lazy (youtubing too much), and it's all the same. I actually have a pair of "skinny pants" from right after my third baby that I try on about once a month to see if I'm at my goal. I think he's about to toss those on me too :)

  • Something to consider...

    The best and fastest changes I ever made in my body was when I weighed myself every day. I realize almost everyone is going to disagree with me and I respect that. Let me say this upfront, weighing every day only works if you are truly determined. You have to accept that the scale is not going to move every day and may move in the wrong direction once in a while, but if you step on the scale and it's not what you want to see, and you are determined, you take action.
