Dude it doesn't have anything to do with xheli. It has to do with the helicopter maker. You shouldn't be saying Xheli sucks, when they did a great job at getting you your product for a better price than anybody.

@beefybunbutt horrible service when calling in, in terms of any type of service, they don't know about their products on the phone, nor do they help with problems. plus it can take an hour or longer to even talk to someone. They CHOOSE what they sell, and they sell junk; I agree they didn't make it, but if jewel sold you a steak that gave you food poisoning, would you be mad at jewel, or the brand that made the steak? see, hard choice isn't it.

I've been shopping at Xheli since 2006 and have never had an issue with shipping or parts defect replacement. Even sent back a few helis. And they shipped the new one out before I even mailed mine to them.
Had a few EXI 450's and all of them were solid.

@earthling1984 earthling yes they are the same but hobbyparts are the united states version and nitroplanes and xheli are the crapy version i think the shipping killed your canopei

what do you expect for a $180 dollar with remote helicopter? you get what you pay for. plus for a small helicopter parts have to be light which makes it easy to break or damage. you are an idiot. buy a real helicopter that's not RTF and quit being a little brat expecting high dollar equipment for cheap price.
-
how do you land if you break the belt while your flying?
-
@earthling1984 u get what you pay for.....!

I don't no when people are going to stop buying from xheli. They sell garbage that is always defective . Guys like nightflyyer promote there crap and sucker newbies into believing that xheli is great.
-
@wesajarjar im getting the 450 too....its a very nice heli and yes...i have ordered a Syma from Xheli and got it malfunctioning from the box. Truth be told that Xheli did not give me great service. The helicopter though is a fine piece of machinery.

Good review, I'm glad you posted it!
The truth must be told. You've gotta post these types of videos on 3rd party sites, of course they won't allow it on their own site, that'd be poor marketing.
They leave it up to us to post proper reviews or products.
You kept calling that 450 a 250, almost had me thinking it was a 250. It's been over a year, how has your experience with the 450 been? Excuse me if you've already posted a video, I should probably check your account eh?

It's not xheli's fault?
They take your money, they shipped you the product, they are supposed to give you customer service, BBB is supposed to ensure that they do this, and provide you with good consumer services. I'm pretty sure the key word is "they", the party in question is xheli.
E-Razor is also at fault, they are the "manufacturer", they have their responsibilities as well, to both the consumer and reseller.
I like the steak analogy.
The 250 is a Mad Heli.
I have to agree with earthling on this. I ordered my exi 450 on Dec 15 and now it's over a month later and still have not seen it. Tech support is a forum managed by one guy. I also had a false advertisement issue that I will not pursue if I finally get my heli. Hobbypartz on the other hand has been outstanding in sending out orders. The tracking numbers never seem to work for both companies.
