  • is it a flat bottom surface? could you put it on a gass range? i am a philidelphian and steak a lot this is somthing i really need!

  • I'm afraid not; there is cross bracing underneath. So it can fit on a stove with a flat grate system. But keep it on the grill it's very heavy and if you drop this in your kitchen it will damage your floor. You could be a poster "griddle person" with the Philly steak sub enthusiasm.

  • You need to check out our Party Griddle it can be used on a roll-around grill and cook out side like on a patio style outdoor restaurant.

  • I do it that way some times too!

  • Hi, I have a Camp Chef grill. Each burner puts out 30,000 BTU. I run a hot dog cart in the summer. I have just been using bbq box. I would like to griddle my hot dogs. Will one of your griddles work for this purpose? Can it take the heat from the round variety high btu burners? I am using a natural casing hot dog for the first time. Do you have to season a S.S. griddle?

  • oh it will be up some time after april 10th!

  • That's pretty cool...I can't wait to see your Griddle Philly Video

  • that is a popular way to do it! but the better shops in philly make there own cheese sauce and laddle it right on like the whiz.

  • the biggest one i can put on the grill i have is the 200 doller one!
