@22kristenstewartfan Miley Cyrus is a slutty chav, and she can't sing. At least Emily, Selena etc. can sing just as good as their CD and they sing songs and dress appropriately for their age! Miley Cyrus' CDs are made a LOT better so that when people hear her CD, their house won't fall to pieces.

disney has always made it that if u are one of their main characters on their shows you have to be able to sing and dance..it has been like that look bck kyla prat from the pround family,the cast of that's so raven,the cast of even stevens, hilary duff n the girl that played her best friend, tj mowery, brenda song did sing, the sprouse twins have sang in a music video too.disney does prefer if their actors can sing it has always been like that though.even if they do not produce albums
