@Sweetheartbabez Hi, there aren't many cons with getting this service. You should make sure you get it done at a salon, and that they are certified to use the product. If it is done correctly, your hair will thank you. It will make your hair more manageable, shiny,and healthy as it is a smoothing treatment. If you heard anything bad it was probably that particular brand. Always use a formaldehyde free or one with very little formaldehyde in it. I hope this helps.

@debwill34 ok so what are the cons? even if its 1 or 2, i wanna know what they are.... also ive heard that once you use the BKT on natural hair that the hair doesnt get curly again..will be 4a type hair get curly again? also does this damage the hair follicles..?
