Thanks very much. I can't really give you advice, but I can tell you to just follow your heart. Do something for your mother-in-law that you think would be in keeping with her own beliefs, but also something that will help the survivors heal and move on. That's what we did.
If you know for sure you want to do a Chesapeake Bay dispersal, look online for boating services in that area.
