Exploring Beach City Cave Part 3 "The Tree Hole"

OK, this is what I kept calling the 'tree hole' in Part 2. There is a hole, next to a tree, in what seems to be a position directly over the 'main room' in the cave. Years ago, there was a spot in the ceiling with 'tree roots' and it looked like a likely place for someone to dig through. I assumed this was the case. I went down the hole and found it goes nowhere. There is a crevice to explore, but it's too wet this time of year for that.
