I was taking a jog around Cambridge (literally) and as I was running, I saw something on the road in front of me. So I walked towards it, wondering what it was. And then I realized that i was a rabbit. As you can plainly see that the rabbit was sick. And the fact that is nearly got run over...

Anyway, I called the RSPCA (English version of the Blue Cross, Animal care center), and told them about the sick rabbit. My friend said that it would be a waste of time because they wouldn't come. He was right, and in his words I 'let the bunny continue the circle of life'.

Hope that a fox ended it quickly.

  • mate seriously never call the rspca, never take it to the vets, its got myxo its horrible they are blind and loose weight very very fast and die a slow horrible death. just pick it up break its neck and chuck it up a tree. the best thing is to kill it! it will never get better

  • @HarveyTheHunter Someone else said that to me as well. Next time I see a rabbit with this, I'll be sure to put it down.

  • couldn't you try to catch it and bring it to a vet? because a sick rabbit doesn't make a healthy meal for any other animal and getting it run over is rather horrid....

  • @judgemebymyshoes Too long ago now.

  • You should have let it get hit to get put out of its missery... There was a bunny in my yard 2 days ago that had his head tilted and was walking in circles and stumbling with jacked up eyes... no one had a gun to kill it (i wanted to take it to get put down) so I was hoping he would get hit and put out of its misery... He made his way into my front yard and kept jumping and landing on his head and I came home 2 days later to find bunny splattered across the road... He is in a better place now

  • @PrincessOfTarantulas Should have. Didn't. I'm sure a fox or some other carnivore got a decent meal from it, though.

This is in the UK. So guns are not readily available.

  • @JOHNNYwxw is*

  • @HarveyTheHunter if i see a rabbit like this the First thing that i will do i to help it!take it to the local vet..i just CANT kill this poor little thing for "saving him"..i cant

  • @JOHNNYwxw no... but the rabbits eyes swell up so they cant see and its painfull, their ear swell and they cant hear, mouth and nose swell up so breathing is harder and they cant eat properly thats why they loose weight fast, after about 2-3 weeks they will die without faliure. also they private parts swell up trust me its best to kill it

  • @HarveyTheHunter so we should kill all the blid and the deaf people ?

  • @JOHNNYwxw look at my comment! people need to know the best thing is to kill them on the spot!
