Mubin Shaikh of Mississauga, Ont., a "devout Muslim" who infiltrated an alleged terrorist conspiracy involving 17 of his co-religionists in southern Ontario, did just that. Mubin Shaikh worked for CSIS and the RCMP to thwart an alleged plot to blow up targets in Southern Ontario and storm Parliament Hill?

There seems to me to be no real evidence that any of these people would have carried out a bomb plot had they not been trained to do so by Mubin Shaikh, these same entrapment plots have been carried out in many countries and i don't believe a conviction would have been possible on such seemingly coerced evidence before this phony war on terror began.

I am white, British and an atheist, i don't condone real terrorist activities, the illegal war in Iraq or the misuse of anti-terrorism laws.

Plus, this mubin guy is such an idiot, as an agent, he showed kids how to fire pistols, gave jihadi sermons, and then screwed the kids over for being inspired by what he was doing. Who's fault is it that the kids were inspired by what Mubin was preaching? How different is it when a gangster inspires a schoolboy by showing guns, drugs and preaching how to get respected by hurting others? This is a deceptive move by the system to put practicing muslims in a tight spot I guess.

It is interesting that on the Media, Mubin was once portrayed as a pious CSIS informant but nowadays if you look at the media, he has abandoned his religion.

I don't think the issue is with Muslims bombing people, yea there maybe some people who want to but if you look at the records, more people get killed in gang violence and domestic violence but that is accepted as a norm. I think some people including tarek and mubin are annoyed by the way practicing Muslims live in Canada.
