It all sounds tasty (and Ive done raw before..and will again) but most of those dishes sound like a recipe for gas and indigestion. Its important on raw to limit the nuts and seeds, and try to properly food combine. Its also important to not always have the *gourmet* stuff.....eat just plain fruit.....eat a healthy salad with a low fat dressing etc....drink lots of fresh water! Otherwise your stomach will be very angry...
