After holding a candlelight vigil outside KPD prosecutor Eli Rivera's home (in protest of his criminal acts against peaceful people), NH liberty activists leave after discovering he is not there. It is then they are confronted by police, followed by a typically angry Rivera. Visit FreeKeene.com for the latest.

  • I'll be up next month. Another liberty activist on the way.

  • This is why I need to move to NH. How awesome would it be to not be the only one that believes in freedom?

  • it should read, "Activists confronted by MAFIA during candlelight vigil"

  • The police officers didn't make any arrests, which means that they knew that the people present weren't breaking any laws....

  • Eli has issues

  • If Kurt Hoffman had assaulted Eli Rivera in the courtroom, given him a brain concussion, and put him in a wheelchair....I think we would be hearing a different story here. If anyone is "Uncomfortable " here, it is Kurt Hoffman. The man is seriously hurt. He belongs in a hospital, not a jail cell.

This is Edward Burke's idea of justice ?

  • Yeah, how DARE they hold a vigil outside the home of a dangerous, violent, criminal. These people are outrageous!

  • Kurt Hoffman, who was tackled by Rivera while handcuffed in a chair, and sent to the hospital with a neck injury. He's now in jail for 180 days because he asked burke to say "please" in the courtroom, and so didn't demonstrate the proper sniveling obsequiousness to his highness.

I am sorry if my frustration with these people is showing.

  • me too, I have much more respect for them now.

  • "You call it your job" "sure don't make it rigth".. Keep making new laws .. Before to long you ,me and everyone else will not have anything esle to give. Just think about it..Please

  • Where did people get the idea that they have the right not to be offended? That's not a basic human right and it certainly isn't mentioned anywhere in our Constitution.

We had an Open Carry picnic in Lexington KY yesterday and afterward a woman told us that some people in the city park were uncomfortable, and said they had the right not to feel uncomfortable. She actually said that. We calmly and politely informed her that such a right exists no place and would be impossible to enforce.
