On a cold, rain-soaked day in the San Francisco Bay Area, a small but dedicated group of 20 traceurs gathered to uphold the monthly tradition of SFParkour's regional jams. Despite the whether, and thanks in large part to our SacPK brethren, SFPK is proud to have completed its first full year of monthly jams without missing a single engagement! This month's session brought us back to the East Bay where we swarmed the UC Berkeley campus. Just goes to show you, you don't need 70 degree weather and sunny skies to go PK when 42 degrees and heavy rain will do just fine!

Be sure to stop by the forums on http://www.SFParkour.com and join us for our next jam! You can also view videos on SFPK's YouTube channel at http://www.YouTube.com/SanFranciscoParkour

  • im not seein NoSole in this, more like NoShow.

  • That's because I didn't do much that day. I was taking time off to let my body recover, so I spent most of the time behind the camera.

  • Is this Brian Orosco's channel?

  • lmfao.

    I pissed myself at 2:40

Good thing you guys got it down. = ]

Congrats on the 12th month-jam guys!

Over the past summer, I've been trying to train in the rain more and more.

OIf course, you need like, 5 pairs of socks. =P

but yeah - it REALLY brings out the mental aspects in PK.

you've gotta concentrate more than usual, what with all the wet, slippery surfaces and all.

    VERY inspiring!

  • sweet jam, looked fun

  • Well done! Make it Rain! (on dem hoes)

  • Keeping it real as usual guys. Totally slammin' even when it's raining! Wish I could have been there! Training at Berkeley was what really got me into parkour; it was the first 'urban area' that I practiced.
