@SamThaManWasTaken You don't play many fighting games do you? Not only (in most fighting games) is a 720 motion near impossible to do standing without some kind of buffering gimmick, but grapplers also have terrible range, are mad slow, gigantic targets, need I go on?

Oh, and FYI. Try jumping. Or punishing. Or zoning. Or hell try NOT GETTING FUCKING GRAPPED. It's not rocket science, how do you think people have been dealing with Zangief all these years?

@ThatStereotype18 Thing is, it doesn't even matter if he's not. Scrubs will not want to have to learn a new character that isn't easy mode. Even middle-level and high level players won't pick him up because of how much effort they have to go through to make him as good as their previous main. I remember when everybody was saying how they'd pick up Valkenhayn, and yet, he's now one of the least used characters, even in CS1.

@harvestguy204 from what ive seen they have only a couple of moves similar/exactly the same. from what ive seen his puppet is more of a summon than a stationary tool constantly there. so it could be harder to fight him and easier to play him. when more videos and pictures are out it might be more clear.
