Install Halo Custom Edition Version changer

SHORT tutorial for installing haloce version changer.

YOU MUST HAVE HALO CUSTOM EDITION ALREADY INSTALLED!!!!!!

Start by Cutting and Pasting the 3 files on the desktop I provided in the link below, into the Halo Custom Edition folder LEAVE THE FOLDER OPEN.

Now, delete the Halo Custom Edition icon from the desktop. Its no good... Now go back into the halo folder. RIGHT click the file inside called: Haloce, and Click "Create Shortcut". Make sure it gets to the desktop.
Now, RIGHT click the icon you created. Click Properties. In the "Target" box, add this to the end of it. like this:

"haloce.exe" -console

You just enabled the console. After you type that, click "Apply".

Now you should be done if you did this correctly.
ALWAYS double click the HALO icon only! Any other icon will NOT WORK. So, load halo.
Make sure you ALWAYS type ONCE halo boots up.

Hit the tilda key... Its the key next to the 1 on the keyboard.. Looks like: ( ~/`). Ok once you click it, the: )Halo o... Will popup... if it doesn't you screwed up somewhere... Make sure you have the console enabled.

Type this in like so:

version 1.00ce

or

version 1.09ce

If you don't type this, you wont get any servers.
Now, once you type this in... Got to multiplayer and find some servers. Enjoy! :D

You only need the strings.dll and versionchanger.dll installed. Just put em in your halo folder with console enabled and your good to go.

when I type -console it says that it is invalid and I need to check to make sure the file's path is correct.

This is mine:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\haloce.exe" -console

Make sure you have a space between the " and -

Does it change the whole version or does it change the servers?

@WolfHoulProductions Your welcome. It changes the client version. There are active servers on [version 1.00ce] and [version 1.09ce]. Make sure you do it every time you turn on halo btw.
