@Jerryffs you should be crazy..in kyokushin they hit hard low kicks, knees they sparr hard..shtokan i shittest karate...shotokan peoplecant even stand up, 30 seconds with kyokushin guy//they have condition they have power..look at their tournament full contact..look at you tournament//do not bulshit ok..only 2 art is clos to real kudo karate best one..no kata.. and kyokushin,,weakness no head punch, and some bulshit kata. at least they sparr hard,do not fake kumite like in shotokan..

@Freestyleartclub Dude you are very mistaken you have no idea what karate is karate has hooks uppercuts knees and elbows go search it up. All karate styles do it just isnt practiced in shotokan competition. And they have different names a hook for example is called mawashi tsuki in karate.I cant believe how ignorant some people are
