Terrorist next door

Two mass shootings have rocked the American society recently: the massacre at the Colorado movie theatre and just days later an attack on a Sikh temple in Wisconsin. In both cases the suspects are young white males which is not the "typical face of terror." However former DHS analyst Daryl Johnson who wrote a report on right wing extremists was criticized for politically motivated fearmongering with his career apparently over as the administration did not support his findings. Even though mainstream media don't seem to be interested in covering the matter, is homegrown terrorism appearing to be on the rise in America? Jennifer Rowland of the New America Foundation joins RT's Liz Wahl to discuss this.
