Bunch of over-actors. It doesn't hurt that much. As for a 12 year old... COPS are becoming too reliant on tazers. The department will defend them naturally, because if they openly admit one of their officers is an idiot it makes the entire department as well profession appear incompetent. So usually you won't see nor hear of the reprimands. You also won't hear of them being for screwing up too many times.
