i have the carmen electra pole and it sux it shifts on me and unwinds smh when making spins would like to know where to get a pole that wont do things like this ? and the price ? please? :)

Although I consider pole dancing to be an art form, it may be misinterpreted by younger children who might not understand the difference between a sensual art form and something like actual strip dancing. For example, even though nude paintings are considered artistic, would you put them up around the house for your kids to see? Probably not, even though it's not considered pornography.

@Inkhart A small child doesn't even know what SEX or STRIP DANCING IS!!!!! lol That thought process makes no sense!!!!! Our children have gone to art museums and seen nude paintings, photos and sculptures. Its our bodies, there is nothing to be ashamed of or hide!

@StudioVeena A small child eventually grows up to be a not-so-small child, and you'd be surprised how great their memory is. You might think they're unaware at the moment, but one day a few years from now, they're going to wonder what their mom was doing when she was grinding on a pole, and then they might get the wrong idea. Also, nude paintings in an art gallery isn't quite the same as nudity (or something similar) in the house.

@Inkhart I never said he was "unaware" or he wont remember...I was NEVER GRINDING ON THE POLE OR TAKING OF MY CLOTHES. LOL so why exactly would you mention any of that...hmmmmm??? You we're the one who said that nude art was something kids shouldn't see. Your argument makes no sense what so ever. When did I say I was dancing NUDE ON THE POLE???? Omg some people hahahah

Home girl what kind of pole is that? It is a bolted one or removable and all that good stuff?! Details please?!

@turtlegemini20050 Its a 50mm Chrome X pole. it is removable. The pole I dance on now is a 45mm Titanium gold X pole. :) You can find more info on my website about poles and I have lessons as well!
