Feel a bit sad that the top comments are of people arguing. Sir Bobby Robson was a 1 off person, he appealed to so many people. He was just a genuine person who had time for anyone. Football lost a father, people lost a role model and the world lost a hero, truly a massive miss for everyone.

Can't be bothered to read all comments as like much else on interweb, you'll always get one or two knobs (mind my language). I'm a hammer and Sir Bobby was one of the true legends, a greal gent and a proper football man. When I see a caption of a certain 'England captain' laughing in the screenshot above makes me sad 'characters' like him are even remotely categorised together with the great Bobby. RIP fella.

I met the man when I was in the north-east and he was the kindest man I have ever known. You are nothing more than filth who is jealous of the fact that you can't gain the love that he had. He brought your own country into the semi-finals of the world cup. Not only clubs in England but the world and now I would like to say that you are a little shithead
