There's nothing to agree or disagree with, there's only right (acknowledging the Black Ops parody) or wrong (thinking it's not one).

@DRA1011 That is a parody. An easter egg is a hidden secret. Considering the game starts off going "HEY REMEMBER THIS FROM BLACK OPS?", that's obviously not secret and thus not an easter egg. Parody is the correct term.

Anyone else catch the Hitman Reference? Dr Proton is played by the Same guy who played Dr Ortmeyer in the first game (Codename 47) even repeating some of his lines.
