hi, if we set neb at 40% to archieve 42%FiO2 how many liter of O2 that I need to bleed in? is there a chart to show how this work?

Thank you very much for your quick response. After I watched your video and follow your instruction on how to set up the aerosol neb and 50psi compressor, my mom oxygen saturation improved alot. they used to set the aerosol neb at 40% and the compressor at 18psi in the past. the only concern that I have right now is how to keep her airway moisture, because she's in coma and has a trach, and she need oxygen all the time. Any advise will be helpful.

As for the 50psi compressor, it's really not a percentage that you are looking for. As you explained it, the company you are working with have set your mom's equipment up correctly, you're looking for the psi. With the aerosol neb set at 70% and you bleed in the 4 liters of O2 to achieve 42%FiO2, the compressor needs to be set at 26psi .
