Really cool, Portugal was the richest countrys in the world at one point in history, and you can see that in the unreal looking castles...Portugal is amazing. It also has a long history. It would be a cool place to explore, I would imagine that you could unearth some interesting history there.

I think you are right: the history of Portugal is very rich, and I personally was amazed with the age of well, a lot of things there! I was introduced to many, many aspects of Lisbon and surrounding areas while I was there. I remember it with such fondness. It put a soft place in my heart for that country is if it were my own, and I cannot wait to return.
