@saltairey I have same symptoms plus numbness in the foot, pain( more like a burning sensation) and cramping in the thigh, calf and knee area. I have herniated disc's L3,L4 . Trying to avoid surgery, but it seems to be getting worse. The pain is very draining. The pain and burning in the groin area feels like your insides are falling out. I know your pain and maybe then some. Have you found any useful solutions? Thanks, G

@saltairey How are you now? Look for Jin Shin Do accupressure in your area this will cure anything!! I was in a care accident and found no help in massage , chiropractic or acupuncture that lasted--if you need help finding it message me

my problem is lower back and butt pain plus very severe pain down the FRONT of my shin thigh and roundmy groin. Is this likely to e sciatica? my doctors seem to be stumped which is worrying as I can not stand for more than a couple of minutes. I was previously fit strong and supple doing yoga, pilates and belly dancing every week, this problem did not begin whilst excercising. Help!
