Despite chimps being intelligent, they dont have ethics and once they hit puberty they can get extremely aggressive and violent as was the case here with 15 year old Travis who attacked a friend he had known for years.Intelligent, wild, violent and potentially dangerous animal who wont differentiate a friend from foe, as a pet? The owner knew the chimp was dangerous, she had been warned about him before and did nothing. She fed hiim xanax which she denies and subjected her employee, knowingly, to this dangeorus and out of control homicidal animal. Should have been destroyed years ago. And the owner along with him.
