i seem to be watching a lot of Mark Ruffalo movies lately! im in some sort of Ruffalo phase! great guy! great actor! i want him to do another romance or rom/com! with someone like Rachel McAdams!

This is an amazing movie with heartfelt performances given by all involved. People often say they find this movie too depressing to watch. I find that to be a great deal of bullshit with people burying their heads in the sand with the true nature of carnal desire. It confronts issues that people refuse to talk about and run away from their entire lives. Anyone setting out to make a movie, full well knowing they are alienating their audience, is truly driven with an artistic vision.

@GabiMontez85 Yes, you can dislike Laura Dern but in this movie she showed much better acting than Naomi watts. Much and much better. Naomi fucked ruffalo during the whole film. Is it talent? Don't make me laugh

Great film and Laura Dern owns it - brilliant acting. She deserved the Oscar or at least nomination for this award. I love Mark Ruffalo but his character was real coward who thought only of himself. Great film.
