  • I had the same idea and sealed the end with liquid nails. My difference was I used an aluminum "T-Ball" baseball bat I found at Walmart for $9, The difficult part as you probably experienced, was the handle end will only accommodate a small hole and it was a slow, messy process filling the sand through the small hole. My total weight was 3.5lbs. Far lighter than I was hoping, but in the end I think its the perfect size for rotator cuff work.

  • @mtbkbmt Yes, filling the bat through the small hole is a slow process but well worth it. They work great and I really focus on rotator cuff work and general warm up, but my shoulders have been feeling much better since starting with them.
