In February 1980, the Old and New Dreams band (Don Cherry, Dewey Redman, Charlie Haden and Ed Blackwell) give a concert in Cambridge, MA. As part of the event, on February 29, 1980, Cherry, Redman and Haden presented a lecture-demonstration at Harvard University, focusing on their approach to music and the influence of their mentor Ornette Coleman. I've recently found the recording of that event (made on a low-fi boombox mic) and will upload all I've got, including discussion, audience questions, and musical performances. Enjoy!
