RMS Lusitania - Nearer My God To Thee

On May 7th, 1915, the Cunard Liner Lusitania was steaming past the old Head of Kinsale on the Irish coast. In a heinous act, the Imperial German U-Boat, U-20, fired a torpedo at the Lusitania. Two explosions shook the vessel and she would succumb to her wounds. Within eighteen minutes, the mighty RMS Lusitania would slide beneath the waves, taking 1198 to their deaths.

Lusitania is even more beautiful than the last time I saw her. The Ocean Liners get more beautiful every time. Lusitania, Ocean Liners, now that I am a member of THS, I am forever yours.
