@ayyoMiaNicole supposedly inside and out is better than just topical application. however, a lot of people start with topical application to see if it provides benefit...actually i think i started with putting UT on a deep cut...since it helped, then i trusted putting a drop or two in some orange juice...things went from there...definitely read, find out more, and get a sense for what works for you

I also wanted to add, I can totally see why an infant's urine would be much more potent, especially breastfed babies. Breastmilk has long been lauded for it's near-miraculous properties (it can get rid of pink eye in a day, and helps heal cuts and scrapes), and all the vitamins and minerals in breastmilk and formula have GOT to be amazing for your skin.

@PhantomPhart yeah, it's just so ridiculous though...i mean who'd a thunk it? I certainly would not have tried UT if I hadn't gotten sick...acne seems to be a pretty common issue UT can help resolve, so a lot of people start because of acne. it goes: well, if this is so good for my skin, for rashes, for cuts and bruises, what's it like if I drink it...or add a drop to my water...and then you're like...whoah, my digestion is so much better...and you just shake your head and go oh well!
