I think you look fine the way you are but if you want to drop somw weight you should

1. start with a low carb diet

2. up your cardio

3. do some weight lifting

4. end your day with a light cardio session (20 min.)

5. stay away from regular soda and candy

This should put you on the right path if you have no health issues. It takes courage to put up a video like that so be proud of yourself a lot of people could'nt even do that. Good luck
