  • I will have to try the tomatoes roasted - I just picked about 50! (good day). I used a lot of Oregano. Somehow, I can never put too much. Be generous..1/2 a cup atleast. It cooks so long, it pratically disappears.

    Thanks for watching!

  • nice kitchen.

  • Thank you!

  • Those sound like yummie potatoes! I would have loved to see how much Greek oregano you actually put in there.

Ever made that with sweet potatoes? (And thanks for making the videos!) Have you tried roasting those tomatoes? (a little basil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper - wow!)

  • Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed them!

  • Hi,

I am thinking of creating a square foot garden in my backyard. I am really impressed with your garden. I live in southern colorado. Do you thinK Tomatoes would grow well in such direct sunlight? And, do you can your produce. My hope is to plant continuously and have veggies through the winter. Any info you could give would be greatly appreciated. Also do you dry your herbs? which herbs are better in direct sun? Again, thank you.
