  • hey i reduced from 95 to 77 kg now ,

    i m 5 feet 7.5inches, waist 32, still reducing with exercise n diet control, suggest me how to kep metabolism high always with eastern food,

  • @freebee007 Hi and congratulations!!! Increasing your metabolism is important to maintaining a healthy weight and body fat percentage. I would try adding some resistance training and eat several small meals a day. Please, anytime you engage in new activites, its a good idea to get clearance from your physician.     thanks a lot.

    advice sm quick energy foods n be clear that in eastern style of livinf n worjking in office eating several meals is quite immpractical advice sm thing simpler n what I can keep n have quick energy esp in th emonthing of fasting for myuslims these day arround 14 hous of fast no eating practically,

    eat at 7pm evening n than at 4am night n day long empty stomach fast,

    suggest in my life style thaks
