See http://bit.ly/rCKNcX for an in-depth review on my blog. Linux Mint 12 Gnome 3 shell allows tweaking and tweening. It's highly customisable. Tweening may offer some 'replacement' for Compiz effects. In this short movie I'll show you some fade, blur & zoom transitions, apart from the auto-hide Top-panel and other Extensions to the Gnome 3 shell, most already available in Mint 12. Docky is my side bar. Make it auto-hide as well to prevent difficulties with minimised windows that could become positioned in a wrong place when normalised again.
That may be computer dependent.
More on my blog: http://bit.ly/rCKNcX with some downloads for G3S

  • Loving the Swedish 70's soft porn music track. Totally takes my mind of focussing on the Mint12 Gnome3 desktop review
