@attheeyepiece Hi I downloaded stellarium from the web and wonder if my LS8 will work from it. Just that I went back onto stellarium after my tea and it lost my location when I went to start up working on it loading my LS8

i use stellarium myself,to track ISS and hubble.and to see when is the best time for what i want to look at..

@plug007 Its very accurate. I consistently place objects within the FOV. For those few times it seems to be off, I simply disconnect, use the Autostar controller to choose another object, center that object and sync to that object, and reconnect to Stellarium and its back on. Wonderful stuff.
