TubGrinder - The Tub Closing

This clip shows the tub lowering from maintenance position down into operating position. The fins on the inside of the tub are visible from this angle. As the tubgrinder is working this tub will rotate to keep the trees and branches moving toward the grinder tool at the base of the tub.

This tubgrinder is powered by a 12 cyl 800 HP Diesel CAT motor, model 3412, running at 1000 RPM and uses 42 gallons of fuel per hour. The tub itself is 12 feet wide.
