A collection of footage from the late Eighties of the Brooklands Sopwith Camel aircraft. The first shows us getting the aircraft into the Brooklands paddock with its wings still on. This was for the filming of a Kiddies TV program, as I recall.
We then show it doing a publicity shoot at Tommy Sopwith's old house, where there was going to be an auction.
Lastly we show it flying for a British Aerospace advert with a vintage Rover on the ground. This was part of an advert BA wanted to do, which also involved a modern fighter and current Rover car. I don't know if it was ever completed.
Thanks Barry, just sorry the quality is so poor, but in those days it was all VHS!
