  • thanks I like debaffled myself

  • by removeable baffle do you mean the "Optional DB Killer Removeable Baffle" that you can order from thunderbike for another $77?

  • @gotboost2jz yes but it does not seem to work that well.

  • Nice custum pipes were did you get these made? My TB as a 3 into 1 collector into 2 (by ospipes)with norton pea-shooter silencers! Have fitted sport inlet rubbers and opened up 2nd air box internally to give it the full 80 bhp!

  • they are thunderbike exhaust from NZ not custom.Post a clip of your bike?

  • That is not an exhaust note.....thats music :)

  • Dude I want your bike

  • nice camera work and video editing

  • @mrmardy to open up the 2nd air box you add a 2nd 40mm hole between the two internal chambers with a hole saw.Yours may be different as it is a later model and may have the evap-loss box in 2nd air box!The basic principle is to make the route from intake to out all the same size holes. Eg remove the intake silencer tube from the intake neck! factory pro do the best jets for triumph. Yours as a six speed box and the better carbs already.(you need carb rubber part number t1240086- 3 off)good luck

  • . The sport rubbers have a larger inlet area and are a different part number, these fit onto the none sport models no problem. After any alterations you need to check the carburation, but as the carbs have quite a range of adjustment all that is normally required is balance and mixture adjustment and maybe alter the needle height.( i cannot be specific as it is often different for each motor.) While you have the carbs off fitting the inlet rubbers you could fit a jet kit and piper' air filter.

  • @mrmardy I have a standard 2000 model T Bird. I haven't been able to find many upgrades online. How did you open the air box, and what do you mean by sport inlet rubbers? Do you have a jet kit?

  • nice colour scheme, where did u get the seat unit
