to edit my other post.. java crashes when i go to resize the window.. anyone else have issues with this?

Good tutorial..however I have issues.. followed this and installed the unofficial version (it already has shaders folder with the new unofficial version btw) with current mcpatcher.. did a clean install and java just crashes once I try to load minecraft. o_0 Anyone else with this issue?

@Engehenk yep i download the 1.7 unofficial GLSL mod... and a mcpatcher 2.1

@23Firejet Did you download the 1.7 version of the mod tho? the one in the description is for 1.66 only. The 1.7 version is on page 215 of the GLSL thread.

What are the requirements on a computer to run this mod?

@MrRecycleFriend Depends on the effects you want. Parallax occlusion/specular mapping, SSAO, and AA are rather hard on the requirements. Just the curvature, waving stuff or celshading doesn't cause much fps loss.
