My Appartment in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The location in Chiang Mai is Huay Keaw Road. The building is called Hillside 4. Standard units are 45 square meters. They rent for $300 to $450 a month.

Old and unmaintained building. Swimmingpool is green as grass

Since 2005, when I started renting renting condos here, I have not seen the swimmingpool being "green as grass". It could be better maintained, but it certainly is not UNmaintained.

Mine is 180 euro per month. Most studio's do 200 to 300 euro per month.

Hi David, I tried to add a link to a real estate agent, but that turned out to be not allowed on you tube. Google with:

"chiang mai" "real estate agent"

(includung the double quotes!), and you will find many websites.
