http://www.CynthiaLou.com One of the most common frustrations I hear from my fellow bike racers is the lack of time to train sufficiently to be competitive. Here I chat with Lloyd Irvin, national and world champion martial artist and coach, as he talks about how he has to manage his life to be successful. Lloyd has a family, several internet marketing businesses, and trains other Mixed Martial Artists to compete at the international level.
One smart and action-oriented cookie!
I admire Irvin's business sense. He has earned his success.

His secret is probably being a proactive person. Proactive person is a person who thinks and acts upon beneficial thoughts and/or plans. Lloyd Irvin seems to be a proactive person since he has a lot of tasks to be done in one 24-hour-long day. I am learning something new and new everyday about motivation and leadership and this video clip even puts my experience even further.
