A Channel 4 interview with Israels former foreign minister, Silvan Shalom, revealed his ignorance of the details pertaining to the ceasefire when he refused to recognise the validity of a report endorsed by its own government. The document states Hamas was careful to maintain the ceasefire. The spokesman for the Israeli Prime Minister, Mark Regev, however confirmed that Hamas indeed did not fire any rockets from the start of the ceasefire till after November 4th 2008 - Israels offensive into Gaza, killing 6.
"During the ceasefire not a single Israeli was killed. And the reason for that was because Hamas fired not a single rocket
This is actually a document that is given to journalists by the Israeli government, and in this document it says, and Im quoting Hamas was careful to maintain the ceasefire
The spokesman for the Israeli Prime Minister, Mark Regev, has confirmed for us that in the view of the Israeli government, our statistics regarding rockets are correct."

A) Any number larger than 0 is clearly not keeping the truce.
B) When some Palestinian decides to launch a rocket against Israel ,he doesn't really write the name of the organization on the rocket ,so how can one know who fired that rocket?
C) If Hamas can't control the other Gazan troops (and since they claim they didn't fire these rockets ,they admit they cannot control) ,they will not control these troops even if a peace treaty is signed. Hence ,they cannot be a partner for peace with Israel.
