CETAD - My video gait analysis (HD)

There is a normal posture for feet, knees, hips and back at any point in a walking or running cycle. Video gait analysis enables the study of any abnormal movements of both muscles and joints as the body moves.

Using a combination of a treadmill and software, video is captured and replayed in slow motion, measuring angles and synchronizing video clips side by side to analyse differences in gait patterns before and after treatment.

Video Gait Analysis is also used to assess the effectiveness of running shoes, both with and without corrective orthoses.

In the left you can see my old Adidas, and on the right my new Somnio Mission Control shoes, bought in CETAD.
