She's first soloist with the Royal Ballet in London- she's performing Ondine, and did Nutcracker as Sugar Plum and Columbine the doll in the opener. Amazing improvement and so great to see a fabulous dancer get so far!

wow, this really gives me the inspiration and encouragement that it IS possible for me to become a professional ballerina...i started late (14) and now, 2 years later i'm still behind...it can get really depressing. Watching this after another video of yuhui's- recent from royal ballet....she is a COMPLETELY different dancer-she is exquisite now, and she was good here too but her improvement is remarkable

What is an "Asian" performance?

she is originally north korean who born and grow up in japan . i know she is from north korean school in japan...maybe she might changed her nationality to south korea, because passports of north korea has difficulty when you want to go around. but at this moment, she is north korean. i would say that she was north korean who born from north korean parents, but she changed her nationality to south korea for her ballet career. anyway, she is good dancer no matter what!

@bluepaprika33 Anyway, I think her performance is beautiful. Thanks.
Her performance seems very Asian, though I don't know why......Is it true that she is not from Korea but North Korea?
