South America is in my opinion the best place in the world if you are considering a plastic surgery. I had all my surgeries done there at the MakeoverTravel clinic. My results are just perfect. Plastic surgeons there are considered the best worldwide and costs are much cheaper if you compare with costs in the US.

i totally understand where you are coming from. I had it done 10 years ago. the doctor made them too large and one is larger yet, so that it pushes under my armpit and causes discomfort. Now, they are sagging and really look ugly. I don't have the money to have them redone.
