omg this is sooo hard! i had to tell my self to keep my arms up like 20 times and i only lasted 2 mins:( pathetic i know but i will keep trying.

1. Is she ticklish ?
2. Is one shoulder higher than the other due to the positioning of the legs ?

I am very ticklish!
and one shoulder is probably higher because I carry a bag for a lot of the day that is too heavy (bad behavior!)

How long can you sit inn one position and meditate for?, after 3 min I get add and cant concentrate.....:-p

Keep it up. When I started the whole thing drove me bonkers! Try 3 minutes for 1 week and then every day from there add one minute and work up to 10. Your body and mind will settle with practice :) It's supposed to be hard!
