  • im sure this will REALLY help! thankk you!

  • hey you are awesome! where do you train?

  • @daenceca89 Sounds more like a problem of strength than of flexibility. You should probably work on improving your strength in your upper body and stability in your legs and then gradually incorporate the bridge stretches.

  • Wow! I'm really impressed, I bet this will help me A LOT! I'm not very strong, especially coming back up from my bridge, but I'm hoping to improve within the next month. I'm so glad I stumbled upon your video. ^-^ I know this was a while ago, I wonder...are you still keeping up with this hobby of your's?

  • very very gud video!!!

just wondering, what stretches should you do if your a complete beginner? how should i warm up and how often should it stretch?

    thankyou very nice flexibility :)

  • you shouldnt go onto your thumbs when your doing bridge - you can break your thumbs my doing that

  • YAY!! <33 Thanks for being so inspirational!

  • ufff genial, I wish I was that flexible, I stopped training and now I fall everytime I do it.

  • Can you please make a chest stand tutorial?

  • thank you! :) this is a great tutorial :)
