@lastinglove1000 Because "henshin" is a Japanese word and wouldn't be understood very well outside of Japan. Plus, saying its translation, "Transform" is kind of boring. Hence, they say "Kamen Rider". If anything, it's a hell of a lot better than saying "Ecto-Phase, Activate".

I never watched Dragon Knight, but I gotta say: the actor who played the american version of Knight just looks badass!

Fun fact: Len's Japanese voice was Ren in Ryuki. It's like if the dub of PowerPuff Girls Z got Cathy Cavadini, Tara Strong and Elizabeth Daily to play Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup
