How to set up the Vista Perfection theme for iPod touch and iPhone

Folder names:
Computer

Games
Start
Recycle

NOTES:
The Five-column springboard isn't required it just adds to the effect.
Vista Perfection installs iBlank and Categories for you.
For iPod touch add 2 blank apps to the dock so the Start folder is placed correctly.

How do you get the start symbol and how do the icon change automatically?

And my icons won't show the background.. They only have "?" on them.. I I to the info button and it doesn't have user background
