UP 6036 Locomotive Tour

Today I took A trip to Pueblo Colorado And Decided to get some Shots Of the UP refueling Depot. While Taking Pics, A Man Drove Up to us And asked If we Wanted to Go Closer. So We followed Him In then Asked If We wanted A tour. So Here's What I got From That Experience.

Very rare to find someone who works for the Railroad these days ( especially a class one carrier ) that will take the time to show some children the locomotives, this employee should be commended for his thoughtfulness. Most of the RR employees out East here just call the local police, when they see you anywhere near the railroad, even if you're on private property or not.

This depresses me a bit. CN works the area and a yard isn't too far away that I like to go sit by and watch (and not even on CN property I watch from the nearby street) and the coolest thing that has happened is the engineer waves back when I wave hello to them.
