I had an inspector drop in and he did not mention that as an issue.

Hey Kevin, very entertaining and informative series however when we did our bathroom reno I looked into building codes and in many areas it is against code to close in (drywall in) compression fittings. It is probably something to be aware of.

Only thing I was looking how to mitre cut,
I know to well the rehabbing the bath as I am just finishing,
